Former Sea Dog' Corbeil-Theriault Signs With AHL Wolves
The American Hockey League's Chicago Wolves announced on Thursday that they have signed former Saint John Sea Dogs goaltender Mathieu Corbeil-Theriault.
Corbeil-Theriault, 20, last season with the Sea Dogs posted a record of 37-10-1 along with a goals-against-average of 2.38 and a save percentage of .911.
The Montreal, Que, native was among the Sea Dogs club that won the 2011 Mastercard Memorial Cup. Last season, Corbeil-Theriault led the Sea Dogs to a President's Cup title and a semifinal appearance at the 2012 Mastercard Memorial Cup in Shawinigan, Que.
