Sea Dogs' Oliver-Dares Out Indefinitely
According to a number of reports, Saint John Sea Dogs right winger Devon Oliver-Dares is out indefinitely with a broken collarbone in which he suffered during Friday's game against the Drummondville Voltigeurs in Drummondville, Quebec.
Sea Dogs play-by-play man Tim Roszell first reported the injury to Oliver-Dares on his twitter page at approximately 4:11pm (AST) on Saturday.
Oliver-Dares returned to the Sea Dogs lineup on January 29th following an injury he suffered when he hit his head off the ice during a fight on December 11th in Halifax against Moosehead left winger Luca Ciampini. The injury left the 5-11, 180-pounder out of action for over a month.
In 18 games with the Sea Dogs this season the Dartmouth, Nova Scotia native has recorded three points (one goal, two assists) along with a -7 rating and 31 penalty minutes.
