The Cape Breton Screaming Eagles confirmed on Tuesday that the club has reassigned goaltender Jacob Fancy to the Halifax Titan of the Nova Scotia Major Midget Hockey League.

Fancy who was a third round pick of the Screaming Eagles in 2011 during his week in Cape Breton did not make a start however he did see some action as he turned aside 15 of 19 shots after replacing Philippe Trudeau during Thursday night`s 7-1 loss to the Quebec Remparts.

The Lower Sackville, Nova Scotia native with the Titan this season has a record of 8-1-0-0 along with a 1.69 goals-against average and a .930 save percentage.

Fancy should be in the Titan lineup on Saturday night as the club travels to Bridgewater, Nova Scotia to face the Canadian Tire Mustangs at the Bridgewater arena. Game time is scheduled for 8:00pm.
