Mooseheads Cut Bradley MacDonald
On Wednesday, Halifax Mooseheads head coach Cam Russell announced that the hockey club has cut 18 year old left winger Bradley MacDonald. MacDonald last season played between Victoriaville (7 games played) & Halifax (20 games played). Victoriaville traded MacDonald to Prince Edward Island but the Rocket shipped him off to Halifax after he wouldn't report to the Island. The Dartmouth, Nova Scotia native had three goals and two assists with the Herd last season. He was drafted into the QMJHL by Gatineau in round 2 #30 overall in 2008. MacDonald was pushed out of a spot in Halifax after the arrival of Martin Frk and other talented 16 & 17 year olds at the Mooseheads training camp this season.
