Potential: Gay has been hot to start the 2011-12 season, averaging over a point a game. The youngster skates well, has a hard shot and sees the ice well. One thing that would boost Gay’s stock would develop a mean streak as he has the size to be not only an offensive threat but a physical one as well. If Gay keeps up this pace, he should enjoy a great season.
